Western Province Senior DIG Deshabandu Thennakoon has lodged a complaint with the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) after his official Facebook page was hacked.

Thennakoon stated, "It has come to light that an unauthorized individual has gained access to my Facebook page."

The Senior DIG said that appropriate measures are being taken to regain control of the page.(Darshana Sanjeewa Balasuriya)
