Couple swept away by flash floods

Colombo, Nov. 18 (Daily Mirror) - A married couple was reportedly swept away by flash floods in the Kandepuhulpola area of Boralanda, Welimada, following heavy rains last evening (17).

Police said residents searched throughout the night, recovering the body of the 32-year-old woman. Search operations are underway to locate the 37-year missing man
