Cop strips woman naked in her mother's presence, searching stolen money
The Kosgoda police are conducting investigations into a police constable after a 26-year-old woman complained she was allegedly sexually assaulted by the constable in front of her mother.
Police said the young woman who is differently abled and her mother had been staying at the constable's home to take care of his sick mother.
According to the complaint, the police constable had taken the mother and daughter to a room saying that Rs. 10,000 was missing from his wallet.
Police said the woman had complained to the police that she was stripped naked in front of her mother and the constable had touched her private parts while searching for the money.
It was reported that the day before the woman had lodged the complaint, the police constable had also made a complaint to the Kosgoda police that Rs. 10,000 from his wallet was missing.
Police say the 26-year-old disabled girl who was allegedly sexually assaulted was sent for a medical examination.(DSB)
