Chinese woman found murdered in Kohuwala

Colombo, March 24 (Daily Mirror) - A 26-year-old Chinese woman was found murdered in the Kalubowila area of Kohuwala on Monday (23), police said.

They said that the victim had been attacked with a sharp weapon inside a room of the house where she had been residing at the time of the incident.

Initial investigations have revealed that the murder was allegedly committed by her former boyfriend, who is also a Chinese national.

The Kohuwala Police have launched investigations to arrest the suspect.
