Even stupidity has its limit. Every other day we used to hear about China willing to co-operate in debt re-structuring, but why??? Rajapukse clan has borrowed heavily unaccounted loans and there is intense discussion about which the details are no longer revealed to the public. The end result are announced, this time with a photo along with Chinese counterpart. That China willing to co-operate.
