Colombo, March 9 (Daily Mirror) - The restructuring of the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) should have been done with utmost diligence, Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa said today.

He said 23,000 employees are kept in the lurch today as a result of carelessness.
