British envoy meets Tilvin Silva

British High Commissioner to Sri Lanka Andrew Patrick held discussions with Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP) General Secretary Tilvin Silva during a visit to the party’s headquarters in Pelawatta, Battaramulla.

The meeting focused on Sri Lanka’s current political landscape and the enduring bilateral ties between the United Kingdom and Sri Lanka. 

High Commissioner Patrick reaffirmed the UK’s continued support for the country.

The discussion also covered Silva’s upcoming official visit to the United Kingdom, scheduled for November 21.
