Anura Karunathilaka sworn in as Energy Minister



Colombo, April 20 (Daily Mirror) - President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has appointed Anura Karunathilaka as the new Minister of Energy.

Karunathilaka was sworn in before the President at the Presidential Secretariat this afternoon (20). He will continue to hold his current portfolios as Minister of Ports and Civil Aviation alongside the Energy Ministry.

Nandika Sanath Kumanayake, Secretary to the President, was also present at the swearing-in ceremony.
