Parliament, March 20 (Daily Mirror)- Opposition MP Wasantha Yapa Bandara, who was appointed to the Committee on Public Enterprises ( COPE) today, announced that he would resign as a member.
The MP announced his resignation soon after his appointment was announced by Deputy Speaker Ajith Rajapakshe.
He said he would submit his letter of resignation soon.

Staying in the den of thieves, when it has no moral right is the sign of moral destitution of the remaining MPs in parliament. Parliament is a dictatorship which is not daring to go for an election, as such it is a wicked institution.
