Colombo, July 21 (Daily Mirror) - The Animals Amendment Bill which aims to amend the Animals Act, No. 29 of 1958, was presented to Parliament by the Minister of Agriculture and Livestock today. 

The Bill comprises new regulations pertaining to animals.
