198 Covid deaths reported: Death toll surges to 7,948

A total of 198 more COVID-19 related deaths that occurred yesterday (24) were confirmed by the Director-General of Health Services today pushing the death toll to 7,948.

According to the Government Information Department, 79 females and 119 males are among the deceased.
