19-year-old girl missing from Hali Ela

Colombo, June 24 (Daily Mirror) - Police have requested public assistance to trace a 19-year-old girl reported missing from the Hali Ela area.

According to Atampitiya Police, the complaint was lodged on March 6, 2026, by the girl’s mother stating that her daughter had gone missing. Following the complaint, police launched an investigation.

The missing person has been identified as Ratnayake Mudiyanselage Kavindra Bhawani (200750204474), a resident of Hela Moremthota, Hali Ela.

Police said she is about 5 feet 6 inches tall and has long hair reaching below her waist.

A report regarding the disappearance has been submitted to the Welimada Magistrate’s Court.
