The Supreme Court has determined that certain clauses in the Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) (Amendment) Bill are not consistent with the Constitution and need to be amended before being enacted into laws, Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena informed Parliament today.
