Two thirds majority given by the voters so that they have to bear. This Port City is great economic boom if managed correctly. Commission members who represent Govt in all matters MUST be SL citizens when appointed by President.

Most of you thought that Tamils were asking too much. Wait till you get a taste of the China man. You have to do and submit as told. SriLanka will be a Chinese Colony and all of you can watch the Chinese population growing and prospering whilst you can just stand on the sidelines and admire their prosperity. You will eventually become their `servants'. Blame all on your crap politicans, voters and most importantly your Monks who will prevent anything good from happening. Srilanka was like a `Gem' during the British rule. The deterioration began after Independence. Religion is mixed with Politics. A Toxic mixture. Srilanka needs to be secular !! Today it is like a basket case. And I doubt it will change.

Chinese built land at their cost on SL Govt owned sea area. To compensate they got adequate land on 99yr lease. Such land and SL Govt land portion are to be all managed by the Commission. Country must receive adequate annual revenue and ability for legal action against defaulters locally not expensive international arbitration.
