The National Transport Medical Institute (NTMI) yesterday introduced an android app for online booking system to obtain medical certificates for driving licences, the Transport Management Ministry said. The App was launched under the patronage of Transport Minister Mahinda Amaraweera at the Ministry yesterday.
"The latest app is being introduced at a trial basis until Friday and the public can use the app from Monday onwards to make an appointment to get a medical certificates," the Ministry said. Previously, the public had to visit the NTMI at Nugegoda to make an appointment. (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)
