What is the criteria appointing Mr. Oshada Senanayake, as Director General at Telecom Regulatory Commission (TRC) who has no academic qualifications and professional experience in Telecommunications and mass media in accordance with the Telecommunications Act 1991 .We believe he may be good just as a board member in ICTA (if needed) as he has claimed experience only in computer Software Development and Delivery. We are also not aware of other members of TRC.
