All passenger arrivals to be suspended from midnight tomorrow

All passenger arrivals at Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA), Katunayake have been suspended with effect from midnight tomorrow for two weeks, the Government said.

The President has ordered to suspend all flights with immediate effect while sources said the suspension for arrivals may not come into effect till midnight tomorrow. However, no restriction has been made on departures.
