Army officer may be court marshaled ONLY if he is guilty. It is not a secret to anyone how reckless and arrogant the 3 wheelers are.

Nims, their is a conduct and difference in behavior between a legitimate armed force of a country and a group of illegitimate terrorists. Thus wat u state is that SLA is equal to LTTE in their activity.
