This is serious hoodwinking. They are fiddling with words rather than facts. The money will be spent under a differently named scheme for the same purpose. The government is abject silly. Such event will only help diaspora to get closer than London to harm us. They will ultimately want the UNHCR report fully implemented. This kind of cheap events are easy.
