Former Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa has said he would not enter politics in the future.

He made the remark after attending a religious event at a temple in Udumulla, Padukka yesterday with several politicians including Udaya Gammanpila and Gamini Lokuge.

Rajapakse stated that as the previous Defence Secretary, he had ensured people live in peace and freedom without fear.

“But, I cannot say much about national security now as I am not informed by Intelligence Services anymore,” he said.(Buddhika Kumarasiri)

Such people do not possess rich values such as gratitude or gratefulness.... they even question the contributions of their own parents...But, vast majority of Sinhala Buddhists are cultured by Buddhist philosophy...and will not be fooled by mere gossips, allegations and speculations... even Lord Buddha was alleged......at the end the truth will prevail....The whole Country owes them so much for eliminating 30 years of bloody terrorism and developing the Country with tangible, meaningful mega projects which helped the economy to maintain steady 7.6% over the past 05 years...
