If the police did their duty and fined bus drivers or even put them in jail for the violations and murders they commit, we wouldn't need this. And this is more eyewash and would be a waste of time. How would the ministry take action? There would be a million messages coming in for a day.

Yet another child's act...
They and police failed to implement law to fine errant drivers instantly and try to punish them with less evidence....

I have a open complain. Every body knows that private buses habitually stop at certain bus halts and wait for the sight of the next bus. Every minister in power said this practice will be stopped, but still continued. Let us see what this minister has to say and do about it.

Great job...but complaints should be taken seriously.

Also may I ask, where are those extremely expensive motorbikes being used to patrol the roads for the safety of road users? We only see those bikes in convoys as advance party to powerful politicos and services chiefs.

Most of the buses still dont issue tickets. Passengers cant fight with rude bus conductors. Authorities can catch culprits if decoys are sent.
