Forming a Constitutional assembly is a facade to cheat the people. In terms of Article 75 and 76 of the constitution our Parliament has certain restrictions even with 2/3 Majority of Parliament and a referendum. Parliament has no power to abdicate its powers and delegate legislative powers to any other organ or institution. constitutional Assembly is going to be a body to draft, enact and adapt a new constitution which will be total violation of the constitution. WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO IS TO REPEAT WHAT JR DID.
