Women In Management (Sri Lanka) in collaboration with the New Generation Chapter recently launched their newest youth empowerment initiative - The Youth Mentoring Program 2022;       Win-spiration (a play on the word ‘inspiration.’). This program has been launched with the aim of mentoring and guiding young professionals and entrepreneurs, and to give them an opportunity to network and learn from renowned national and international mentors. The list of confirmed mentors include corporate leaders, entrepreneurs and industry experts who will all share invaluable advice and speak in detail about, (1) swiftly climbing the corporate ladder, (2) drafting an impressive CV and LinkedIn profile, (3) importance of team work and time management skills (4) launching a start-up, (5) developing a new business or brand (5) marketing strategies (6) staying afloat during turbulent times and much more.

The program will provide a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the participants to acquire educational resources, networking opportunities and global perspectives on youth leadership, employment and entrepreneurship, thereby allowing them to enhance their careers locally and globally. WIN-spiration aims to educate and train young professionals and entrepreneurs so that they can be valuable assets in the local or global work space. Win-spiration has inked several key partnerships with local and international organizations who will all come on-board to join the workshops and conference. This event is open to individuals between the ages of sixteen and twenty-nine.

A total of forty selected members will be invited to participate at the final session of curated workshops and conference.
