Yuhansa and Ganuka enter quarter finals

Two Sri Lankans Yuhansa Peiris in the girls’ category and Ganuka Fernando in the boys’ category entered the quarter finals of the ITF Junior Circuit J30 Week 4 tennis tournament when they came out on top in the second round matches played at the SLTA tennis courts at Greenpath, Colombo yesterday.

They recorded their wins with ease by two sets to nil with Yuhansa overcoming Ai Shun Huang of Taipei and Ganuka getting the better of Chris Jovan Gubza of Austria. The quarter finals are scheduled to be played today
