Sri Sumangala enter final

Sri Sumangala College Kandy advanced to the final of Under 19 Division Three Tier A cricket tournament by recording a first innings win over St Mary’s College Kegalle in the semifinal encounter played at Bandaragama.

Sri Sumangala taking first lease of the wicket made a score of 196 and then succeeded in restricting the Kegalle Marians to a score of 181.

Sri Sumangala will now meet the winner of the second semifinal between St Xavier’s College Marawila and Hindu College Jaffna scheduled to be played next week.
