Sri Lanka and Pakistan play first T20 today



Sri Lanka will begin what may be the first of its preparations for the T20 World Cup at the Dambulla International Cricket Stadium today with the first of three matches against Pakistan.

The second and third games will be played at the same venue on Friday and Sunday.

The Pakistan squad arrived in the island on Monday and set up base in Dambulla in preparation for the series.

Sri Lanka squad:

Pathum Nissanka, Kamil Mishara, Kusal Mendis, Kusal Perera, Dhananjaya de Silva, Charith Asalanka, Dasun Shanaka (captain), Janith Liyanage, Kamindu Mendis, Wanindu Hasaranga, Dunith Wellalage, Maheesh Theekshana, Dushan Hemantha, Treveen Matthew, Dushmantha Chameera, Matheesha Pathirana, Nuwan Thushara, Eshan Malinga.

Pakistan squad: 

Salman Ali Agha (captain), Abdul Samad, Abrar Ahmad, Faheem Ashraf, Fakhar Zaman, Khawaja Nafay, Mohammad Nawaz, Mohammad Salman Mirza, Mohammad Wasim Jnr, Naseem Shah, Sahibzada Farhan, Saim Ayub, Shadab Khan, Usman Khan, Usman Tariq
