GPACA champs in under 11 cricket

CCC School of Cricket, under the able leadership and guidance of legendary coach, Nelson Mendis, organised and conducted two junior tournaments successfully for under 10 and under 11 age groups. 

The two finals were held at Rahula Vidyalaya ground, Madiwela, Kotte. 

Chief guest Eran Wickramasinghe, the Managing Director of George Steuart (Health) presented the main awards. 

Awards were presented to the Best Batsman, Best Bowler, Best Fielder, Player of the Final and Player of the Series. 

Best Batsman: Manuth Kumarasinghe (NSCA)  

Best Bowler: Akain Jayasekera (SJCF)

Best Fielder: Rivith Galappathige (GPACA)

Player of the Final: Ramiru Peiris (GPACA)

Player of the Series: Sasiru Dissanayake (NSCA)

In the under 11 final, GPACA beat SSC “Blue” by six wickets
