Colts clinch title

Colts CC took the top slot in the Major Club cricket tournament which came to an end with the final round matches of the Super Eight segment with a first innings win over NCC at the Pallekele Stadium yesterday.

This was despite Ace Capital CC pulling off an outright win by seven wickets against Police SC in the match which ended at the CCC ground yesterday and they had to be satisfied with the second position.

Colts ended on the top with 72.765 points and Ace Capital CC in second place securing 71.795 points followed by Moors SC 58.635 points and NCC 51.870 points.
