50th All-Island Schools Aquatic Championship St. Joseph’s, Hillwood, Lyceum IS Wattala take lead

Defending champions St. Joseph’s, along with Hillwood Girls College, Kandy, and defending Mixed Schools champion Lyceum IS, Wattala, have taken the lead at the end of day three in the 50th All Island Schools Aquatic Championship being held at the Sugathadasa swimming complex.

St. Joseph’s have secured 303.50 points, with Lyceum IS, Wattala second with 115.50 points, followed by Royal, Colombo (98.50), Rahula, Matara (74.50) and Asian Grammar School (70.50).

In the girls category, Hillwood secured 137 points, with defending champions Ladies’ in second with 125 points, followed by Lyceum IS, Gampaha, and Sirimavo Bandaranayake BV on 106 points each.

In the Mixed category, Lyceum IS Wattala have secured 221.50 points, with Lyceum IS, Gampaha, in the second spot with 175.50, followed by Lyceum IS Panadura (112), Lyceum IS Nugegoda (105) and Dharmasoka MV, Ambalangoda (103).
