Work begins on installation of floodlights at CR

The ground-breaking ceremony at Ceylonese Rugby Football Club’s (CR and FC) installation of floodlights commenced with Minister of Sports Harin Fernando gracing the occasion.

The main contributors for this mega project are the Ministry of Sports, Emirates, Mercantile Rugby and Sumal Perera - Life Member of CR and FC.

The foundation stone for this project was placed by Sports Minister Harin Fernando along with the President of CR and FC, Tikiri Ellepola.
