Mercantile Tennis Tournament 2024: Yashitha, Ganendran emerge champions

Yashitha de Silva and Ganendran Subramaniam both from MAS Holdings emerged champions of the Men’s Singles and Men’s Over-45 Singles at the Mercantile Tennis Tournament played at the SLTA Courts in Green Path, Colombo.

Yashitha overcame Sanka Athukorala of Lankem Minerals and Chemicals while Ganendran got the better of Ayesh Perera of Ocean Network in the finals.

Men’s Singles final: Yashitha de Silva (MAS Holdings) beat Sanka Athukorala (Lankem Minerals and Chemicals) 4-0, 4-0. Men’s Over-45 Singles final: Ganendran Subramaniam (MAS Holdings) beat Ayesh Perera (Ocean Network) 6-0, 6-3.
