Kandy SC AGM on July 14

Kandy Sports Club, the club which holds the record for most number of League and Knock-Out wins in the Clifford Cup will hold it’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2024/2025 on July 14 at the Kandy Sports Club, Club House, commencing at 10.00 a.m.

Meanwhile, former Isipathana and national sevens skipper, Srinath Sooriyabandara is tipped to take over the leadership role of the team while former president of the club, Mahesh Weerasinghe is to make a comeback as the new president of the club.

Former Trinitian, Sujeewa Liyanage is to continue with his role as the Secretary for another term.
