Holy Cross and St. Aloysius contest Battle of Dreams

Holy Cross College Kalutara and St. Aloysius College Galle will play their annual Battle of Dreams match on March 6 and 7 at the Galle International Cricket Stadium.

Their inaugural match commenced last year on May 30 and 31. 

However, due to interruptions caused by rain, the match was limited to 28 overs and ended without a result. But the strong sense of brotherhood among the students and old boys of both schools was clearly evident.

Jude Nilukshan, Director General of the National Budget Department and a distinguished old boy of Holy Cross College, Kalutara, will be the Chief Guest at the opening ceremony of the match.

Both teams are said to be equally balanced.
