Dr. Robert Sourjah passes away

Dr. Robert G. Sourjah passed away aged 95 yesterday in Sydney, Australia.   

He was Trinity College’s first Bradby captain and the oldest Lion at time of his passing. He led the Kandy outfit in 1945.   

His two sons were involved in rugby with Rohan Sourjah leading the rugby outfit in 1975 while his other son Lalin Sourjah led the athletics team and was the vice captain of the rugby outfit in 1979.
