Dr. Amal Harsha elected President of Cycling Association

Dr.  Amal Harsha de Silva was elected President of the Cycling Federation of Sri Lanka at the 2022 elections held at the Duncan White auditorium of the Sports Ministry.  The new cycling President is a Ministry Secretary and previously held office as President of the Federation from 2015 to 2017.  A former cycling President HL Krishantha, who was slated to challenge Dr. de Silva chose not to contest the presidency at the last minute.   Former Secretary Nalin Adikariarachchi has returned to this position once again.
