Dinara de Silva cruised through to the Singles final of the ITF Junior Circuit J30 Week 3 tennis tournament with a convincing two sets to nil win against Haritha Venkatesh in the semifinal encounter played at the SLTA tennis courts in Colombo yesterday,

In the second semifinal Shiwali Gurung of Nepal beat Kirika Fuku of Japan in a hard fought win by two sets to one.
The two boys’ category semifinals turned out to be closely contested games which went down to the wire as the winners won 2-1.

Junya Kawamura brushed aside the challenge of compatriot Kenshin Sato and Patrick Grigore of Russia defeated Haqim Kamal of Germany.

The two finals are scheduled to be played today.

Girls - Dinara de Silva (Sri Lanka) beat Haritha Venkatesh (India) 2-0 (6/2, 6/2). Shiwali Gurung (Nepal) beat Kirika Fuku (Japan) 2-1 (7/5, 4/6, 6/2).

Boys - Junya Kawamura (Japan) beat Kenshin Sato (Japan) 2-1 (6/1, 2/6, 6/3). Patrick Grigore (Russia) beat Haqim Kamal (Germany) 2-1 (6/3, 1/6, 6/2)
