Dharmasoka and Mahamaya win table tennis titles

Dharmasoka College, Ambalangoda and Mahamaya Girls’ College, Kandy became the boys’ and girls’ champions respectively in the Under-16 ‘A’ Division All Island Inter-School Table Tennis Team Championship at the Bandaragama Indoor Stadium.

Dharmasoka defeated Ananda College 3-2 in a closely contested boys› final to secure the championship. Vidyartha College and Dharmasoka College’s second team shared third place.

In the girls’ final, Mahamaya Girls’ College overcame Dharmasoka College, Ambalangoda 3-1 to win the Under-16 ‹A› Division title. Southlands College, Galle and Girls’ High School, Kandy, finished in third place
