Devapathiraja boy bags 12 scalps

Right arm pacie 

Meneth Sankalana, a budding right arm fast bowler, shone with an impressive match bag of 12 for 53 which paved the way for Devapathiraja MMV Rathgama to record a rousing ten wicket win over Gamini National School Bentota in the ongoing Under 13 inter-school tournament at Bentota.

Meneth bagged six wicket hauls in both innings of Gamini NS to bundle them out for low scores of 58 and 60 runs. 
Meneth also starred with the bat making a top score of 39.

The other matches that were played first innings wins were recorded by St Joseph’s, St Anthony’s Wattala, Debarawewa NS, St Servatius Matara, Gurukula MV Kelaniya and Ananda Sastralaya Kotte.
