Antonians felicitate rugby sponsors

St. Anthony’s College, Katugastota extended their appreciation to sponsors who have come forward to support the 2025 rugby season. 

Leading the list is Sathosa Motors PLC as the Main Sponsor. Authenticities Lanka has partnered as the Platinum Sponsor while Tropicoir Lanka (Pvt) Ltd has stepped in as the Gold sponsor.

Adding strength to the campaign, Prima Industries Ltd joined as the Bronze Sponsor. 

Notably, individual sponsors Chinthaka Dissanayake, Yohan Suriyampola, and M. Sashidaran reflect the strong backing from old boys.

Several batches of St. Anthony’s alumni, including Groups of 1985, ’90, ’94, ’96, and 2012, have rallied behind the team, sponsoring the match day expenses. The Planters’ Association of Antonians has come in as the Training Camp Sponsor, while Access Engineering PLC powered the jersey launch.

The Overseas Alumni Branches have joined as the Strategic Development Partner, donating a significant amount coordinated by one of their old boys Nimalke Perera who is in New Zealand now. Their support highlights the global commitment towards uplifting Antonian rugby.

Former Vidyartha, Trinity Old Boy and current Havelocks Head Coach and National three quarter coach, Saliya  Kumara will lead the coaching unit, bringing his expertise to guide the boys through a promising season ahead.
