There is a troika formed in a certain political Balavegaya that stands for unity, they say.

This troika comprises three party frontliners who often speak on economic issues. They are also known as seniors of the party who have worked hard to build it up, they say.

The troika is said to be dead against high posts of the party being given to the newcomers and they are also unhappy that an eminent scholar among them has become a target of criticism by some party members! Meanwhile, a heavyweight of the government is said to be making an effort to lure the troika into his camp by taking advantage of their unhappy mood!
