Is he poised for the somersault?

A Telephone party stalwart, an expert in economics is said to be much disconsolate and downhearted these days, they say.

He is said to be very unhappy about the conduct of his party chief and has complained to several colleagues of his that the chief’s nonaggressive conduct is an impediment to the progress of the political party. 

He is so disgusted that he had even proposed to his colleagues to launch a new political party. 

He has got invitations galore from the new government high  ups to accept a high office related to Finance. However, so far, he has failed to make a positive response. 

Anyway he is believed to be poised for the somersault and this is causing the party’s top men much concern, they say.
