World quiz championship 2026 to be held in June

Arrangements have been made to host the World Quizzing Championships 2026 edition in Colombo on Saturday 6 June 2026.
Sri Lanka venue will be The Royal College Union Skills Centre, Rajakeeya Mawatha, Colombo 7. The starting time will be 3 p.m. (Registration will commence at 2:30 p.m.).  
The event is open to everyone. By participating in the World Quizzing Championships, you will earn both World and Sri Lanka Rankings.  
Participation fee will be Rs. 3000 per contestant. Payment can be made via bank transfer/direct deposit to the IQA Lanka account and confirmed
