STC Mt. Lavinia Class of 2008 donates COVID-19 medical supplies to three hospitals

Members of the Class of 2008 of S. Thomas’ College Mount Lavinia (STC) recently carried out an initiative to donate COVID-19 medical supplies valued at Rs.190,000 to the National Hospital, District General Hospital Negombo and Base Hospital Panadura. The donation included non- re-breathing oxygen  masks (non-re-breather masks) used by hospitals to treat COVID-19 patients, pulse oximeters and disposable garments usedby senior citizens. 


The STC Class of 2008 is pleased to join the private sector, international organizations, alumni networks of educational institutions and other organizations that have supported efforts to manage the pandemic in Sri Lanka through donations. Our sincere appreciation is expressed to all health officials and all other organizations and individuals playing a vital role in managing the pandemic around the country.
