President should address the nation and reveal DDR Plan: Sajith

President Ranil Wickremesinghe should address the nation  and reveal the government’s domestic debt restructuring plan, Leader of  Opposition Sajith Premadasa said.   
“President should address the nation and explain the  government’s domestic restructuring plan in order to calm the people,”  Mr. Premadasa said at a public gathering in Polonnaruwa yesterday. “People are worried about their bank deposits and are  confused. Nothing should happen to EPF and ETF. Therefore, we request the  President to address the nation and explain about the domestic debt  restructuring programme. 

It is essential to avoid any destruction,” he  added.
