Man sends his secret sex video with his wife to her student, court orders arrest

Colombo Additional Magistrate Kasun Kanchana Dissanayake yesterday ordered to immediately arrest and produce a man accused of secretly recording sexual acts with his wife, a schoolteacher and sending the footage via WhatsApp to one of her students. The order was issued following submissions made by officers of the Police Children and Women’s Bureau during a court appearance regarding a complaint lodged by the teacher.

According to investigators, the suspect husband, who is allegedly addicted to pornography, had clandestinely recorded intimate moments with his wife and later shared the video with a student studying under her, following a domestic dispute.  
It was further revealed in court that a recent argument between the complainant and her husband had prompted the suspect to take revenge by distributing the obscene content. Investigators also informed court that the suspect is believed to be suffering from a psychological condition known as depression, attributed to his excessive addiction to pornographic material.  
After considering the submissions, the Magistrate instructed the Police Children and Women’s Bureau to arrest the suspect and produce him before court.
