Lankadeepa named most popular Newspaper of the Year

Seven awards secured by Sunday Lankadeepa and Sirikatha 

At the People’s Pinnacle Awards 2025 Awards Night, Lankadeepa Newspaper was honoured as the Most Popular Newspaper of the Year. The award was received by Lankadeepa Deputy Editor Chaminda Munasinghe from Parliamentarian Jagath Withanage, in the presence of former Speaker Karu Jayasuriya and Pinnacle Awards executive Director Niroshan Madawa. Besides, seven more awards were secured by Sunday Lankadeepa and Sirikatha newspaper which are also publications by Wijeya Newspapers Ltd.
