GSF becomes Summit Finance

George Steuart Finance PLC (GSF), a unit of Sarvodaya Development Finance Limited has changed its name to Summit Finance PLC, the company informed the Colombo bourse yesterday. The company obtained shareholder approval in this regard in December, last year. As at December 31, 2015, Sarvodaya Development Finance Limited held 75.54 percent of the issued shares of the company.
