‘Virusara’ 2nd phase launched

The second phase of Virusara Privilege card was launched at Rajarata Vidyalaya in Hingurakgoda today by President Maithripala Sirisena. Rural Development Minister Sarath Fonseka, State Minister for Defence Ruwan Wijewardene, Ministry Secretary Karunasena Hettiarachchi, Ranaviru Seva Authority Chairperson Anoma Fonseka and the Commanders of tri forces were also present at the event.
