The collective of teachers and principals today marched towards the Finance Ministry, Colombo Fort in a protest, on several demands including wage hikes. The protest with thousands of teachers and principals started from Hyde Park Grounds, but were refrained from entering the Finance Ministry by police. Pix by Damith Wickramasinghe
