Ruwan declares open Defence Services facility center

State Minister of Defence Ruwan Wijewardene declared open facility center of Defence Services Command and Staff College at Batalanda today. State Ministry Secretary A.P.G.Kithsiri and Commandant of the Defence Services Command and Staff College, Major General Udaya Perera was also present.
